IVY is a series of unique mouth blown glass pieces, created in close relationship with our glass specialist at Holmegaard Værk, located one hour from our Copenhagen studio. The series is inspired by the ivy plants ability to climb, decorate other surfaces and like many other evergreen plants, ivy has traditionally been imbued with a spiritual significance. It was brought into homes to drive out evil spirits but have had different symbolic meaning through out history and cultures.
